@buster42 I heard somewhere that he was written to represent the psychological age of a 4-year-old, but I don't think he has a real age. He does a whole bunch of stuff that would make you think otherwise. Maybe he's ageless.
@Fragglevision I dont know because these are played all over the world so I think it makes it easier for them not to have the voice. but I dont know for sure
