  • Here's a question for you Scott..why are you such a cock?

  • sorry, also dont use tar paper as an underlayment. use the same material but without the tar in it. youll smell that later on.

  • myself i recomend keeping the flooring in the house for about three months before installation.

  • Showing the calculations using the real numbers instead of xxx would have been real helpful.

  • moisture moisture why don't you mention the most important thing about any floorcovering

  • also test moisture in subfloor, floorcovering and Rh of the room to be fitted in they must match or you will get a failed floor. also letting the boards acclimatise could take weeks or months not just days you MUST test prior to fitting

  • They didn't show the blind nailer because the don't know how to use it. The biggest tools in this whole video were them. Plus anyone who KNOWS how to lay hardwood knows that you dry lay six or more rows to make sure the end seams look OK.

  • @seandeena Crappy with no real info to go on... you didn't even show the blind nailer or explain how far to space the nails on each board. You could have soooooo much more info, Crappy crappy job!
