This video is taken moments after assassination of Ali Mousavi the nephew of Mir Hossein Mousavi, the believed leader of Iran opposition.

He was shot from an SUV (Nissan-Patrol) driven by Hossein Manif Ashmar one of the Hezbollah of Lebanon members in Iran.

He died that day-December 27- 2009

Although the terror of Mr. Habibi was horrible, I don't think this video has got any thing to do with his death. There is not even a shot from his face, and there is the possibility that this footage is a forgery! I don't think it would be a good idea to broadcast not-confirmed documents like this, specially when it is about someone such close to movement leaders.

How can you prove this is him? If this footage is actually him, why camera intentionally evades filming his face?

We've got much important things to do than giving the regime an excuse to accuse us of making false, and stupid documents like this one!

Have you seen the piece of video the regime has fabricated based upon Neda's death? They have employed actors and acrtresses to play parts, and even one bastard to play Neda's death. How outrageous, and how pathetic a gesture...

Do we need to behave like that?

Maybe I overreacted about the video being a forgery, but at least there is not even one convincing clue in the footage that this guy is Mr. Habibi. Untill proven otherwise I'd rather consider him not.

what ever document u provide the regime gonna say its fake and make a new story for it, even if the basij or the police who has done the crime says I have done this and I am basiji the government simply says its not true and its been done by Israel or the UK. there r millions of footages of people being beaten killed and shot by the government. who do u want to show these documents? khamenei or jannati? don't be fool. if u think these footages is fake go see their families

@MontrealIranians go see their tomb and see how still their tomb is still being attacked by hired criminals. if still think that its not Mr Habibi lesson carefully at the end of the video a lady says : I won't let u take him to hospital, he is Mosavi's nephew. keep searching for good documents

Did you even get my point?! I know Mr. Habibi was killed, and I know how terrible was that. I just don't understand why one should insist that the above video is exactly about this person's death? I think as his face is not shown at all, there's a good chance that video is not real. Do have access to any version of this video with his face apparent in? If not what is your urge to prove to me the footage is true?

So, let's not attribute videos from unknown sources to our beloved martyrs. Or even events. One good example (although) from opposite site is the recent report Iran news paper published upon greens attacking the police forces. You might have noticed that they used one picture from Honduras! :-))

This brought too much ridicule to them, and I think we shouldn't do the same mistake on our side; even if the subject is such dear like "Shahid Habibi Moosavi".
