How do you do the last team attack?

@Esjar207 Keep sending out your support. Then, eventually, you'll see Support Drive. Your character will start glowing red. Throw out chakra shuriken, and your support will come out. Sometimes your support will come out on their own. Eventually, the support gauge will start to go on fire. When it does that, just do an Ultimate Jutsu. If it hits, you and your support character(s) will do an Ultimate Jutsu together.

alot of times when you substitute behind him you try to punch him when his combo takes him out of range of your normal attacks. It would probably be better to just do a chidori immediately after you substitute. Just friendly advice :)

@R3admymind When you choose your support characters, they each have a certain type of attribute. For example, Sakura is a balance type. This means she will attack and defend when she's called upon. Attack type supports, pretty much just attack. Defensive support types guard against attacks and jutsus.

@R3admymind if you mean the 3 bars with lil dots rather than balance, attack and guard then... the first is the power of support attacks, the middle (blue) one is the chakra recovery speed and the bottom (orange) one is the fill speed of your team gauge :)
