I can't decide which place to go Negril, Jamaica or Cancun, Mexico I want to go to places that have good size waves but I have seen vidoes of Negril and it doesn't look like it has alot of waves like Cancun does I am not talking about huge surfing waves just atleast 5 feet swells to liven up the beach. Negril is unique...no building taller than the tallest palm trees. Its known as the "capital of casua"l and you can walk to restaurants, bars, beach clubs with live reggae and if you don't want to walk cabs are inexpensive and plentiful. Love the video but the water shots don't do it justice. Imagine tourquoise blue, crystal clear water and white sand and you will still be speachless when you see the beach up close and personal! Or try cliff diving from the cliffs in the west end!

I can't decide which place to go Negril, Jamaica or Cancun, Mexico I want to go to places that have good size waves but I have seen vidoes of Negril and it doesn't look like it has alot of waves like Cancun does I am not talking about huge surfing waves just atleast 5 feet swells to liven up the beach. Negril is unique...no building taller than the tallest palm trees. Its known as the "capital of casua"l and you can walk to restaurants, bars, beach clubs with live reggae and if you don't want to walk cabs are inexpensive and plentiful. Love the video but the water shots don't do it justice. Imagine tourquoise blue, crystal clear water and white sand and you will still be speachless when you see the beach up close and personal! Or try cliff diving from the cliffs in the west end!

im part jamaican and ive been there ever since i was 1 years old, and i go there EVERY year for a couple of days in the summer!!!! NEGRIL IS THE BEST!!!!!!

@Gulfporter - I never been there but after reading all of these comments it's on my "To DO" list. I really got into their music "BOB MARLEY and his sons" I love this family. There is not way Im going to miss out in this life not going to JAMAICA!
