maar welke, er zijn er zo veel
vroeger heb ik ook al zeker 4 updates voor da spel gedownload, maar da spel wilt nie 'normaal' doen

The guy who creates the SP games has had a hard drive crash, it burned. So all SP files where lost, expect some SP maps in the next version, 2.2.

There are SP versions out there, I found nearly all of the maps, (made by fans not the official FH2 release though, but they are definately worth a download).
You really have to look for them....
