He might not look the most fit guy in the UFC, but the man can still fight which is what's important for this sport. He's got rock solid abs under the flab I'm sure, but a fatty diet or too much alcohol will cause them to be covered up by fat even if you work out. I don't have a six pack either but hit me in the stomach and I barely feel it cause it's tempered steel underneath the excess. My diet is pretty good most of the time and I lift weights, but I probably don't do enough cardio.

What we saw was a good fight, I don't disagree with the judges at all, Machida had better octagon control and everytime Shogun landed one strike Lyoto answered with a three strike combination.

Yeah personally I think that fight was as close to a draw as you can get lol. Lyoto got the worst out of injuries broken ribs and a busted lip and all. But he did have better technique and dominated the fight the majority of the time and had the balls to keep fighting through such pain.
