This is a group set up to cut up scrap cars on a rented siding in Decatur. This was over a year ago, so I'm not sure if they are still doing this work, but it obviously doesn't take long for them to dismantle the car body. Then they can sell off any serviceable parts like brake valves, couplers, slack adjusters, wheel sets, side frames, etc.
What rail company is this id like to buy their scrap!
