All right, Iv'e seen five songs from the Ritz show. Who has the the original source video? I must have a copy or better yet, get it available to the public.
Michael Been passed away of an apparent heart attack on August 19,2010. He was at the Pukkelpop Music Festival in Hasselt, Belgium. We have his son and family in our prayers. The Call's music will always live on.

One of my favorite mid-80's bands. I hold Reconciled as one of the best albums of the decade. Just excellent, and sadly under-recognized material. So nice to see it here!
What a flood of memories!! The Call provided the soundtrack to one of the happiest times in my life - sophomore year of college and, to this day, the best girlfriend I ever had. I hear this band and I can still feel her kisses.
I saw The Call open for the Simple Minds in San Diego at SDSU open air. I miss bands like this. Can you add a live walls came down? It would make my year.
I wonder why Michael Bean switched from guitar to the fretless Ampeg bass. He and Rick Danko were some of the few players to use one. Very cool and different.

As good as U2, there I said it. They are/were America's U2. They tore the old place down.
