I LOVE THIS FUCKING GAME! The story is awesome! Love it. I'm not going to write about it because I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't played the game. The story is really superb. The graphics the best on any console. Period. Art design is stellar! The gameplay is solid as well. The voice acting is the best in any game, that's for sure. I'd give it a 10/10.

Multiplayer is solid as well, love it! I'm level 61 and I can't stop playing.

The only thing I didn't like about Uncharted 3 was the ending. It seemed rushed and over too quickly. I'm not saying the game is short, its long enough. But they wrapped it up really quickly. I thought the end was very anticlimactic. I gave uncharted 2 a 10/10 and this one is right up there with it with a 9.5/10

I think Sony had to restart the Uncharted movie when they realized that Uncharted had a very different origin for Nathan Drake. If I was in charged of the movie, I would make it a prequel and explain why Flint was able to betray Nathan in the beginning of Uncharted 2.

Thanks for your review. While glide boosting through Gotham City one day, I was thinking to myself, U3 is going to be GOTY, but Batman is DAMN killer! Turns out, U3 was everything that I hoped, except for one thing. Why did main characters like Elena have parts that seemed boiled down to almost cameo-like appearances? Elena is the sexiest she has ever looked, but she's only in a few screens. Maybe this is due to the possibility of an Uncharted 4? Oh well, great game & crushing is the way to go!

Very good game. I'll give it a 9, here's why I took away a point:

- AI always know where you are

- I've came across too many glitches (cutter getting stuck and my game crashing, grenades hitting invisible walls, the gun being sideways etc)

- Lots of cheap deaths

1. I found the aiming a little stiff, but you get a little used it. The aiming and camera were handled better in Uncharted 2.

2. When you were talking about the jumping direction, you showed the exact part in the game that bothered me.

3. I personally thought Uncharted 2 had smoother gameplay, but Uncharted 3 was way more enjoyable, the gameplay was still solid enough to thoroughly enjoy, the story was more fun to play through, and it had a better balanced structure in the campaign.

Now the reason uncharted is a good game is because its good at what it does. But that doesn't make it the "best game" just the best of it's kind! I would definitely pick this game up for the 360 but thanks to the money whores in Sony and Microsoft we can't be having non of that! But the story/story mode in Uncharted is awesome and the multiplayer just completes the package but is by far not the "best multiplayer" Nice review tho Whity :)

See, the thing is the PS3 beats out the X360 by a large gap. The Cell processor is similar to DirectX 10/11, in that it would take real effort to actually learn how to utilize it properly, something most developers don't want to do in favor of using DirectX 9 and rolling with that easy mode.

But not Naughty Dog. They're one of the few who really understands the PS3's hardware. If they'd have to make a 360 version, they'd be forced to cut out a lot of amazing stuff.

@voro122 No you make it sound like it's set in stone. There is always the 2-disc method, but I'm not a game designer so I can't get into it with you in detail.

@shenronx1000 The amount of discs is irrelevant. Multiple discs are only used because the limitations of a CD. For instance, if there's a game that requires 20GB of space, you'd have to split that game in to two 10GB discs. The 360 wouldn't be able to run the PS3 version. Yes, it would be possible, but a lot of stuff would have to get cut in that version such as textures, polygon rate, special effects (rain, sand etc).

I'm by no means a PS3 fanboy. Just facts you know :).

And those are the things they announced that i can name off the top of my head. What does Uncharted 3 have? Slightly better voice acting, improved online... that's about it.

They improved story, voice acting, sound, melee combat, verticle aiming upwards when climbing, set pieces, gameplay variety, transitions of cinematics. Online- Customisation, upgradable kickbacks, power plays, Co-op adventure, upgradable guns, dynamic maps, animation, Leveling up and sprint. So i would say it's a great substantial leap from the amazing Uncharted 2: Among thieves. I'm buying this and Syrim Looking forward to both!
