i built mine in three months and occupies about $600 worth of lego elements but its the level of programming im trying to achive thats killing me im up to about 200 hrs and im still not halfway yet. DVD relese date is 14 of jan so im hoping to be done by then!(doubtfull) let us know how/where you got the sound files WAAAAALLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEE
I got the sound files online by searching in Google. Then I downconverted the frequency in the wav file so that wav2rso could import it. You can download the rso file on my website (see my profile).
I've got code in RobotC that uses a subsumption architecture to control Wall-E. Still not perfect, but it will be on my website soon.

Well I had to buy the LEGO Bulldozer and obviously a NXT set, and I had a fair amount of other LEGO accumulated over the years. But it was more the amount of time it took me to get this working that costs!
Kinda bad, work on the front and Eyes.
