Great video. have a few questions:

1. I have a Weber with three horizontal burners, wold I just turn off the center burner?

2. With my set up, I would have to set the drain pan directly on the off burner, is that okay?

be careful putting chicken juice coated fingers back into the spice can, other than that this is a terrific video, delish!
