Whilst some of the comments are disheartening I think it takes real guts to post. I think you do need some help but I don't think getting it from You tube is the way to go. Every man and his dog has an opinion - wether they are right or wrong is another thing. Congrats on trying to work hard on it. I would suggest you take a couple of proper coaching lessons so you are practicing the correct technique. There is nothing good in practicing the wrong things. Good Luck.
Firstly good on you for having the guts to post this video.
Your leg side technique is fine.
Your off-side technique has this problem: head does not go over the ball. In order for head to go over ball, foot must get your shoulders and head out there (either off back foot or front).
That looks about 55-60mph. Up it to 70 for a while. That will force you to play with a flatter, straighter bat, and reduce the inefficient bat lift and arc you currently have.
There's so many points to give to you, it would take forever. Major point is that back leg of yours should be used as a trigger movement and a weight distributor, it should NOT move whilst your making contact with the ball and thereafter. Im taking it that your a beginner or a tailender/newely converted bowler to batsmen? Just practise mate, and LOTS of it, and you'll eventually be creaming everything. I practise 2hours a day in nets and it becomes 2nd nature to you. Just watch the ball!
Mate you technique is all over the shop. That front leg is going straight down the wicket, you want your foot pointing toward were you want to hit it. Those leg glances off the off stump are ok, but you are know ponting so try out the on drive. Keep your chin up though buddy, work hard and remember in the end its not about your perfect technique its about the runs you get. Although a good technique will ensure you play at a high level and be able to cope with better bowling.
you are a tall lad man..use those long legs to get closer to the ball on those drives..in your free time go to a quiet place and visualize that your batting..visualize all pitched up balls..got into a cover drive position and remember, use those legs..only hold the bat with your top hand and practice bringing your stoke down striaght andkeeping your bat straight..do it repeatedly and do the same for straight drives and on drives..this s to help you to control your shots
You are going to get alot lbw dismissals when your older, you were hitting too many leg glances even outside off!! When they are on the stumps you have to hit them through mid on. You tend to leave too many outside off. Be more aggressive and back yourself in hitting those. Your blocks arent your strong point, when you block you need to have your front foot next to it so when a ball nips back you dont get bowled. And there were quite a few hack shots.
Technique looking a bit shaky-especially outside off: looks like you'd be giving mid-off and short cover plenty of catches (you are leaning back on thew off drives). Tendency to play balls on off stump towards midwicket-ok on true mats, but will get you in trouble outside. Are you getting coaching?
It is not how fast the ball is going but whether or not the technique is right!

Batting at the bowling machine. This is the second week of many instalments to help improve his batting technique.
Sorry to say but It doesn't appear to be working.
