Outstanding video. For those people that didn't care for the Barbossabeth pairing - I don't know why you would bother watching this only to leave a negative comment. If you don't like the idea - don't watch it! I'm a fan of a lot of different pairings and I think this video did a great justice to this particular one. Great song, great work.
It has always been a close race, at least for me, between Barbossabeth and Sparrobeth, almost a tie.... So hard to chose between the two. But you have, with this video but Barbossabeth in the lead
She should have went with Barbossa, after all, he protected her from that big Jamacian guy from slapping her again, he formed a candlelight dinner with fine wine and expensive food, and he gave that gold medallion to her.
You know I had a similiar idea myself, though I would never have been able to execute it nearly this well. *bows* You have out done yourself. A wonderful vid for my favorite pairing.

uhh....barbossa is like....45 years older than elizabeth...and hes the one that married will and elizabeth....not that it isn't a good job...i just don't...really...get it....????
The song is performed by Sting. Found on a small cd release featuring song from the " Mercury Falling " CD. I am sure of that Sting is playing the bass, Dominic Miller on guitar, Vinny Cialutta on drums, but I believe it is David Sancioous and not the great Kenny Kirkland on piano.
Kenny was a talent lost way before his time. He and Branford Marsalis were too good for being jokes in Jay Leno's early tonight show appearance. Long live KK's music.
Yay for Barbossabeth! I love this 'ship, and I've thought of this song in their context for a while now. I'm so pleased to see someone's done a video for it! Super work - well done!
Whenever I heard this song for the first time, Barbossabeth was all I could think of! There's something very.. *forlorn* about the relationship, in my opinion, and the song was perfect! I can't wait until POTCAWE hits DVD. Many, many Barbossabeth videos will follow. :(
who is the woman who sings this song with sting?

Beautiful. I wonder what would of happened if she had married him....
She should of married him, after all he had stopped the Bo'sun slapping her. He would of protected her.
He generally took care of her in the third film.
This is favourited.
