if its noth the heads......... then its definately the skins.... cause its a super high picth an those cheap placstic lookin skins give a HIGHHH pitch. get thin canvas skins =)

haha the heads are old...but their def. not cheap...their evans ec2's....they jst need to be replaced lol...plus the sound quality of the digital camera doesn't help much either
