Same picks but I think the stealers will upset the Pats! Patriots need to work on there defended a lot but then again James Harrison is out for Pittsburgh hmmm
@icebergera Ooh thats tough. Prolly can't go wrong either way, just pick what you feel is safer. Good arguments for each side =/
I've typed this reply 7 times, and I keep convincing myself the other player is the better choice... I'm stuck right along with you man. Check the matchups and health...... and hope you flip the coin right.
Why do people dislike ray Rice so much? Is it becuase he normally does very well (i know last monday certainley wasn't a display of it) but Of other RB like him (Maurice Jones-Drew, Micheal turner, ect) He seems to get the msot hate.
@pikminhero i dont think he gets that much hate and last game he really didnt get a chance with only like 8 carries the coach should be blamed for that
People need to give the Jags some more respect if you look at the scores all season. Our offense is just terrible but what can you expect with a rookie QB and no great WR. But if you look at the opp score its never too terribly high, even the Saints only got 23 points up. Yeah the Ravens offense isn't great, but I haven't heard one person say anything about Jacksonvilles defense that game. It's weird.... As far as Fantasy goes this week I have it in the bag so I have no real concerns
@AnAznPerson Fred Jackson has been tearing up everything all year, you absolutely start him, he's top-3 in just about every format ever.
I do see the dilemna though. Sproles and Mathews have been doing really well and have great matchups.
CJ has been worthless but its the best matchup he'll ever have... but they don't seem to even use him.
I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you do. Despite that, I'd prolly go for it with Fred/CJ I think. No flex in that league? Sproles would be my #3.
@235basketball I don't know how I sit Bowe, either. Green has been a top-10 WR, Boldin has TD's in 2 straight and is playing his former team and Maclin is very quietly having a very solid year in Phily. It's a nice problem to have but I just know I'm gonna sit at least one guy that I shouldn't and I don't know if that's a mistake I can afford to make this week.
Start any decent Saints players this week. Looks like another 60 point week. And I dropped Plaxico right before kickoff last week for Decker. who in he'll knew three TDs. But the yardage sucked for him same as every week.
Haha, I actually traded FOR Mendenhall this week because I had good receiver depth and needed help for Michael Turner (Bye) and Jahvid Best this week.
I'd go Ben over Eli this week. I think the Giants are going to run the ball a lot with Bradshaw playing so well in their last game and Jacobs likely being back. Not to mention they'll be up big early.
That RB situation with Moreno and Morris is ugly. Morris really didn't look good at all last week and the Broncos aren't as bad against the run as they were earlier in the year. I'd go Moreno there.
I also like the multiple shoutouts so I will show my appreciation by leaving multiple comments.
Alright here it is. I'm playing the first place team and actually think I have a real good shot to win this week...if I start the right guys. There's no flex in this league so just 2 RB's and WR's.
At RB I'm definitely starting AP but for my #2 guy should I go with Pierre Thomas or Ryan Torain?
And at WR I need to start 2 of Dwayne Bowe, Anquan Boldin, Jeremy Maclin or AJ Green.
@malkinroty2007 Jesus Christ dude, that situation sucks. I guess I'd pick Torain over Thomas... Thomas you know isn't going to get anything outside of garbage touches or fluke TD impossible to predict, Torain at least has a chance to get picked by Shanahan.
@mtgxerxes I'm personally leaning towards Thomas especially since it looks like Ingram will be out and Sproles does most of his work as a receiver out of the backfield so he'll get a lot of touches in what should be a blowout. Torain is still really tempting though with the bad matchup and 1 less RB in the picture. But for all we know they'll sign a guy from the practice squad and throw him in the mix.
@plumbst I honestly didn't even know which team Murrary was on last week when people asked me, I was just all "Never heard of him, he's a scrub". Nobody would have expected even half of what he did, but had I known his team and matchup I woulda felt a lot better about that one. Thankfully Sproles did really well and gave you a shot..... gotta hate those 1 point losses eh? I know the feeling...
Owen Daniels, aaaand... hmm... Prolly Victor Cruz but I'm not sure who Nate is matched against.
@plumbst Hmm.... I think I'd still lean Cruz but it could really go either way... gunna have to be one of those gut feelings. Flip a coin and ask yourself what you like more on Sunday morning before games start.
lost by 1.7 points o.o to someone not playing
coulda won if i started the right players ffff

@Kizzle274 Start Crabtree, and I guess Decker.....
The Saints 2-4 WR's are all kind of the same random crapshoot.

Hey xerxes i got a question for ya. I need two receivers out of these three. Maclin, Nicks, and Nate Washington. Thanks :)
imthebest249 4 months ago
@imthebest249 Hakeem Nicks for sure. I'd prolly lean Maclin over Washington despite the tougher matchup.

@C0opSt3R A.J Green. No question. Foster might just do that as he's playing Jacksonville. He won me my game last week

should i start A.J green or knowshown for flex?? and foster with a big 40 last week lets see a repeat.

@AnAznPerson Go with Matthews and Sproles.

@Alaror I think people are starting to notice, but they just get no attention whatsoever and don't put up points to give 'em any highlights.
That was an incredible game vs Baltimore though. Wow.
mtgxerxes 4 months ago
I can only start 2 Rb's. Do i got with: Fred Jackson (vs. Skins), Chris Johnson (vs. Colts), Ryan Mathews (vs. Chiefs) or Darren Sproles (vs. Rams)
I'm leaning toward Sproles and Johnson
