well because all the stolen cars in the world are being sold in bulgaria for a price that isn't really more than a moped. by the way turkey is the country with the highest rate of taxes in the world. ex: veyron 2.6million euros, lp640murcielago 680thousand euros and even an opel astra opc being 60thousand euros;) not trying to offence u but trying to make a point.

in Serbia,taxes are about the 40-50% of vehicles price!

it really is high but here, we pay 88 percent taxes and then from that price(car's original price + 88 percent tax) we pay 18 percent more tax. and after that we pay another tax. so it is like if a car is 100euros in germany we pay 320euros in turkey. just bec. we are not in the european union.
