  • WOw I am amazed at the weights you are using. I'll be lucky to get through it with 3's or 5's.

  • You look great!!! Just one tip though: when you do push ups make sure you don't hang your head down. I know it's difficult to keep it up, but it prevents neck strain and serves to make the push up more difficult/more effective. Get it, girl!

  • Help!

    I have a problem with over eating at meals. I am not over weight but I definitely don't have a flat stomach and I am not at the weight I want to be. I always tell my self to control my portions but then once I start eating I just don't care anymore... and keep eating. ALL THE TIME. And then I get upset. And then I do it again. Does anyone have any help or tips for me? I'd really appreciate it. I am not fat... but I am still not the weight I want to be.

  • Great transformation! Just be sure to have your knees bent a bit on your dips (triceps) and make sure to keep your head up when you do push ups! Form = everything. Congrats :D

  • @1031396 Your nutrition is really important. If you follow the guide and drink shakeology you will have NO problems hitting your goals. I have coached so many and have tons of friends, fellow coaches and customers that are living proof. It works... but it's not easy, simple- yes! But it will take will power and determination.   • How heavy were the weights you used?

  • @jb1037 The first time through I used 5/8s for tris, 10/12s for curls and 15/18s for shoulders but this time I have upped that all by about 5-7 lbs... I lifted as heavy as I could the next round to really struggle getting to 10 -12 reps. I got great definition and burned a ton of fat but I would not do that forever.. just that one round (90 days) now I am back to lighter weight 13-15 reps and more cardio.

  • This is great! you are such an inspiration! I wish I had your body! you are perfect! I have been thinking about P90X but I don't think it will work for my body. I am tall and skinny... and would LOVE muscles or fat or anything to make me curvy or more filled out than I am! I am still skeptical about how P90X will work for ectomorph type body. I just want to gain muscle and weight... not lose any. Do you have any advice? Should I try P90X??

  • @NewberYou2ber not at all! I was in horrible shape but I have friends (look um up- Tommy Mygrant has a great Youtube channel, Israel Reynolds check fb) who started out BIG and ended up RIPPED!!! It's hard work so be prepared.. but SO worth it! :)

  • @brittneykay2010 Me too I have the same problem! I take care of the amount and also eat more vegetables than carbohydrat that's is helping me. This is my first day and I'am dissaponted because I couldn't do like I desired but my thouths are those: I can do this!! :)

  • @brittneykay2010 Lean protein, whole grains, fruit and veggies. mix it up and I love Shakeology- biggest part of my nutrition.

  • it looks like you followed he classic version, I wasnt sure if I should start the classic or lean, just because i feel like ill have a hard time doing the classic with all those push ups. did you have a hard time with it?

  • @brnttoast206 I would do the classic... it works. Lift heavy and follow the diet guide. I would also use shakeology- best supplement out there.

    I did have a hard time and still do some days- BUT the key is pushing as hard as you can and just forget the rest. You do as many as you can- with good form- push a little past the pain and then you will see your body change and do more every week. Sounds simple... because it is! Find me on facebook!   • Amazing video -- this is my second attempt at p90x (first time I gave up after 1.5 weeks) and I'm determined to make it all the way through! Out of curiousity, what do you hook your bands up to?     I did the classic version- in my second time through, VERY EFFECTIVE. As a woman it is important to NOT be afraid of lifting. It will change your body faster than anything.

Are these the results you got after the first 90 days? And did you skip any days? Any reps or workouts modified? I appreciate your help. :)

  • Thank you so much for posting this video. It gives me hope that I can recieve the same results. I'm 5'9 and I'm in need of loosing 20lbs. I'm curious, did you follow a strict diet or did you just watch portions? I'm not interested in FAD diets but I'm clueless of how to eat. Did you follow tony's diet or did you do anything special on your own. I am in desperate need of help. I weigh 180 and I'm 5'9. Our body shapes are similar so your video is VERY inspirational.   • @WhatevaULike I did the Classic program, LOVED it. At first I had second thoughts b/c of all the talk girls do about "bulking up" but it was amazing.
