I'm wondering what effect the total energy usage makes up for the 18 can a min? Maybe this invention has a negative effect on the global environment. If the energy used exceeded the energy saved then it fails. If however the total energy used is less then the requirements to reproduce it then it is a win.

i have a manual can crusher at my house i just pull the lever down.. i can prob do waay more cans per minute that this thing although it seems ok
