How come the graphcs to this game are much worse than the screenshots? Is it because I have a 2gen iPod? Would the graphics looks better on a 4gen iPod or iPhone?

a have another problem with this game... after I had bitten gail in chapter 3.. it crashed and close and goes back to my phone screen. i try to load my saved data but it crashed again and again. thank you

Hi,

It looks like some files were corrupted when you downloaded the game.

What you need to do is to re-download the game.

Please delete the game both from your device and iTunes. Note that you will lose all your saved progress.

And then, try to redownload the game.

Please let us know if anything changes :)

You guys should make a 2D game instead. Almost all of the graphics for the 3D games gameloft has made, has a poor, tasteless detail. I recommend you guys use 2D in the form of 3D at the same time.

During the time of the playstation one, the graphics were horrible as well... blocky characters and creatures... poor story... weak over used/reskinned animations... but look where we are today... I applaude gameloft for starting in the path of the console games on the iphone/droid! ^_^ maybe one day we'll have the pretty pretty animations and designs of current final fantasy games in something as easy to carry as a phone! ^_^ bye!

i`ve played both and there is no comparison, i mean the graphics are amazing in both but, chaos ring have neither head or feets, no history, everything is confusing... im a hardcore fan of RPG`s and chaos ring is very very disappointing , Eternal legacy is a little confusing, same, but at least have some trama and graphics to say waaaw, and a good feeling playing it , same as Final Fantasy III , both good games . the only bad about FF III, that one is a little tricky....

omg how can u ppl like final fantasy XIII. That shit had 3 disks and took me almost a whole school year to finish withought flunking 10th grade. The game developers even made a public apology on how long the game was and are currently in the remaking of a shorther one disk version of FF XIII. well the graphics and interface are great... but the characters and story are so bland and uninspired its frustrating. seriously, its like they took about three minutes to think of the story and characters. and the voice acting is fairly good, but the actual dialogue is cliched and boring.

i cant say too much about the gameplay as I havent played more than 2 or three hours, it seems fairly repetetive but ok I guess

@DarKnightofCydonia I like Gameloft games (at least on cell phones), and the final fantasy games there are on PSP are action spinoff or re sprited version of the nes one (shortly, re sprites of FF4 and FF4 afther years), this doesn't look bad at all, turn based combat, world to explore, creatures to ride, why wouldn't I want it if I like traditional RPG whit 3D environment on PSP?

This is basically Final Fantasy 13 on the iPhone, but it isn't nearly as boring or linear as FF13. Well worth the seven dollars.

I appreciate the games that gameloft do. I don't see them as rip off's to be honest, I see them more as homages to great games.
