I apologize if this has been asked before, but do you know of any plans to translate it to PC or Consoles? I would have loved to have played this, they could have recouped some of their losses by going direct to console or even mobile devices!
@theatarian Such a shame. This could have heralded a new age for interactive animation...One can only hope there's a good samaratin who could create an avi of the disc to import into Daphne then.
Of all places for this game to up, I found it in the arcade room of a hotel in Warsaw Indiana. I was so intrigued by it I had to figure out where it came from.
They should have let this game go out there and dominate the gaming world! this is just crazy how it didn't pass. Could have been the greatest! Well, at least of this day and age.
Yeah, got to play it yesterday in San Jose CAX. Very difficult until you understand it. But this game really drew a crowd around it all day. It's like everyone gets caught up in the scenes as much as the player. Each person got the three tries then let someone else play (free). The whole crowd would roar when failing or passing. Too bad it's been canned, you wouldn't think that from response at CAX.
Yeah I still don't fully understand why they canned it - the story is that the distributor put it into bad locations that they didn't ask for and then said sorry, it didn't do well which pissed the developer off and now they've given up on it completely. There are more distributors out there and players really love it once they get into it so it's a shame they are against giving it another chance.
It is a shame, because I really would love to play this.
It seems that the developer are somewhat indecisive in exactly what they want to do (no offense to them). "We couldn't do coin-up, so now we're doing advertisements!"
Wish I could play it. My animation teacher worked on it.

@Draconis888 No, the company went bankrupt and no longer exists. After they produced the few kits and sold them on eBay, that was it. :/

They hired some ex-Disney guys, which is why this looks a bit like a Disney film from the late 80's early 90's.

@kieran - no, it was only tested in the US.
The company folded some months ago I found out so this will be lost except for the few kits that are out there.
