im a subaru fanatic, but when i hopped into my girls moms honda minivan and gave it some gas.. it floored me, ive smoked chipped powerstokes, stock g35's, stock 350z's, that Vtec v6 is VERY impresive... still though, i prefer a subaru.

I own the 2010 accord and have raced plenty of subaru's....the driver in this race was an idiot. I did not win all of my races but i did on some and i never had a one where i got left in the dust like this clown did.

STI can beat just about any car in 1/4mile or maybe even a 1/2mile. But a good race between an Accord or an STI would be at the canyon!! For those of you that want to see an STI get spanked by a Accord look no further. I have that video checked it out. This is where it's driver vs driver not car vs car.

An accord vs an sti with equal drivers in a canyon? please, there would be no comparison. And for those of you who cant read, it says vf39 wrx. the vf39 is the turbo out of the 06 and earlier Sti's, and put out anywhere from 270-320whp on a 2 liter wrx with relevant modifications.

Agreed. If anything, the Accord would be better in the straight line. Stock STi's run out of steam near the end of the 1/4 mile, especially with the shorter '04-06 gear ratios. They're great off the launch, but the shift into 5th is just terrible. The half mile is out of the question. The canyon run between a stock STi and a stock Accord.....the Accord best have an amazing driver and the STi a terrible driver, else the Accord doesn't stand a cold chance in hell.
