i just got a set of your hand guards. very happy so far with them. i noticed how sturdy they are in comparison to the usgi issue standards. no wobbling at all with your product.
Just out of curiosity, are the heat shield the same in the MOD 1 as the standard hand guard? Just asking because I know I will be excited to get this thing on when I get it in the mail and think I might happen to tear off the heat shield to fast. :)

I seriously need one of those hats. That is one badass system for adding rails to any handguard. Will they work on the Yankee Hill customizable forends too?
@MrSurgicalPrecision Thanks man. They will mount on anything you can get inside to screw the bolts in. Pretty cool huh? The AK rails are coming next month.
These are some of the best looking rail sections I have seen. I love that they thread in from th ebottom and have no bolt holes in the top. Very clean look. Props for showing how to install on all types of handguards. Cant wait to put my Mod 1ls on my upcoming Deticated AR-15 22lr build.
