PES has everything and more this year. the gameplay always behaves like a football match while fifa looks worse, plays boringly and misses any exitement value by miles. playing the o9 demo, the only thing enjoyable was counting how many long shots hit the bar or post. it was unreal.

pes 2010 IS almost finished it is practically finished and the fifa 10 gameplay does look like fifa 09 but you can see alot of difference compared to pes 2010 compared to 09 it practically looks identical nothings changed pes 2010 looks like it will be the same crap as 09,but you cant say which game will be better until you actually play them, but i do think fifa 10 will be better, pes have a long way to go before they catch fifa.
heh in my opinion, Pes 2010 gameplay is diffrent than Pes 2009, i can see that xP. It's similar but diffrent. Pes gameplay is much more better than FIFA, but who cares. If you want play FIFA, go and play it. I appriciate much more gameplay, than licences etc. that's why i'll buy lovely PES :)

Almost totally agreed with you, I think PES 6 is slightly better than PES 5, and I still play PES 6 more than FIFA 09, wich lasted me about 2 months, then got boring. Ijust wish Konami takes PES 5 or 6 engine and put 3rd generation graphics, that's all they need to do.

Fifa hs improved u do get those mad ppl online who give the ball to no1 besides messi n try to dribble ur entire team. However ppl try play gd football online by awesome finishing passing n movement. Pro 4, 5, 6 were amazing games but pro 2008 was terrible (i didnt even buy it), pro 2009 i feel is gd at the core of it bt they made Kaka, Ronaldo, Messi dribble kings. Fifa in the past has nthin on pro but any pro fan will tell ya pro has defo declined since 08. Pes2010 hopefully doesnt disappoint.
Dude its only the loyalty of pes fans that enables us to stick around. Pro 2008 Sucks big time but pro 4, 5 and 6 (and pes before then) were amazing games with brill gameplay beat fifa by country miles (in terms of gameplay). Pro 2009 is a step in the right direction and doesn't redeem it fully but its a start. PES was always played cs of gameplay 08 was disappointment and 09 is abit of a disappointment bt if PES doesnt fix up it will lose a section of fans to fifa no doubt.
pro has the best player characteristics of players and the player motion and balance is just perfect....only problem is the sharp 90 degrees turns...once they are fixed, thats it!
Totally agree with you with the 90 degree turns, I hate them, I loved the smooth turns on PES 6, but since Konami has been trying to copy some of the worst Fifa features to try to sell more they have crapped on the gameplay. I would love PES 2010 to be the same PES 6 with 3rd generation graphics and maybe some more licenses, I wouldn't complain, because since PES 6 they have been going down.

heh in my opinion, Pes 2010 gameplay is diffrent than Pes 2009, i can see that xP. It's similar but diffrent. Pes gameplay is much more better than FIFA, but who cares. If you want play FIFA, go and play it. I appriciate much more gameplay, than licences etc. that's why i'll buy lovely PES :)

Almost totally agreed with you, I think PES 6 is slightly better than PES 5, and I still play PES 6 more than FIFA 09, wich lasted me about 2 months, then got boring. Ijust wish Konami takes PES 5 or 6 engine and put 3rd generation graphics, that's all they need to do.

Sorry, Gary Neville does not do any trick. He can pass his feet over the ball.. and that's all. Funny, it's just THAT simple that almost everyone who play amateur and weekend football can do. hell.. I can do that. Nothing against PES, really, i've been a WE player since WE5 on ps2... and had almost every single release of the game. I've always been a massive pes fan. But pes is now soo crap cos its made by japanese fools who have no idea about football, i mean the ball physics on pes 2009 are shocking it feels as if the players are playing with one of them heavy skill balls, when the players are dribbling the ball looks as if its wrapped in invisible elastic so the ball keeps spinning back and the way players run and move is totally not like how they do in real life. I'm infuriated by these fools man cos i love pes.

Fifa hs improved u do get those mad ppl online who give the ball to no1 besides messi n try to dribble ur entire team. However ppl try play gd football online by awesome finishing passing n movement. Pro 4, 5, 6 were amazing games but pro 2008 was terrible (i didnt even buy it), pro 2009 i feel is gd at the core of it bt they made Kaka, Ronaldo, Messi dribble kings. Fifa in the past has nthin on pro but any pro fan will tell ya pro has defo declined since 08. Pes2010 hopefully doesnt disappoint.

Dude its only the loyalty of pes fans that enables us to stick around. Pro 2008 Sucks big time but pro 4, 5 and 6 (and pes before then) were amazing games with brill gameplay beat fifa by country miles (in terms of gameplay). Pro 2009 is a step in the right direction and doesn't redeem it fully but its a start. PES was always played cs of gameplay 08 was disappointment and 09 is abit of a disappointment bt if PES doesnt fix up it will lose a section of fans to fifa no doubt.

pro has the best player characteristics of players and the player motion and balance is just perfect....only problem is the sharp 90 degrees turns...once they are fixed, thats it!

Totally agree with you with the 90 degree turns, I hate them, I loved the smooth turns on PES 6, but since Konami has been trying to copy some of the worst Fifa features to try to sell more they have crapped on the gameplay. I would love PES 2010 to be the same PES 6 with 3rd generation graphics and maybe some more licenses, I wouldn't complain, because since PES 6 they have been going down.
