  • nice 1 only inmate that is unite in the world....

  • at 3:26 it looks like the tall asian guy that plays in the nba

  • @firefightercharles i think they all look alike haha

  • I believe it WOULD HAPPEN in the USA...I have worked in a prison for 5 years.

This program UNITES them in a common goal...the music heals the soul...the discipline may be the VERY FIRST TIME they have ever been COUNTED on in a good way...not one violent act in over a year he said....

American prisons would do well to copy this program

  • such discipline, poise and commitment for these guys to participate together in this. it seems like all the prisoners are there participating. its truly amazing! something like this would never happen here in the states because of gang rivalry and those that are to "Macho" for dance. my hats off to them all! dance on my brothers!

  • hhehehe, INTERNATIONAL n tlga kayo, bk mpunta p kayo s HOLLYWOOD nyan, CONGRATS

  • dance and feel free.........

  • Guiness Book of World Records.

  • truly "Music Is The universal Language"

  • This is amazing!!! If only we all could dance more then perhaps peace would be possible.

  • Dance is part of their exercise.

  • Please no fighting comment..... we're the all PEACEMAKER!!!!!

  • yes!in the philippines its always like that!if you dont have money to hire a lawyer!that will happen to you!or in other words if your poor!you dont have a chance.

  • Its the same in every country my friend. If you have the money you can get away with murder..

  • lol the best dance university

  • Did I hear correctly that one man has been awaiting his trial for crack dealing for more than half of his 7-year old sons life? And the crossdresser was awaiting trial as well?

    - I don't get it... that would mean that they are charged with some crimes - but has not yet ben convicted for them... and they have been awaiting trials for several years while being in prison...

This means that som of them could actually be innocent people locked up for years and years without having had a fair trial??

  • lilkflash ... shut the fuck up! your too annoying..

  • CHECK MY DANCE VIDS ON MY PAGE tell me how i did aight pce and thnx ;)

  • what is wrong with other people? why dancing from inmates is a big deal? atleast they occupy their time in a different and entertaining way!!!!! i

  • it obviously worked. so fuck prisoner rights. obviously this guy did what was best for the prisoners. it would have been easier to sit there and let it happen. lol they call the crossdressing inmates "she".

  • ppl if u need advice go to my profile and check my website out

  • This is wonderful therapy. Dancing is an expression of emotions and sometimes joy , and it's good for these inmates to get in touch with their feelings, and hence, the feelings of others. Great idea. Better than lifting weights and looking glum.

  • easy for you to say if you dont have a friend, relative, or close knit who were victims of these stupid criminals......

  • it's a tribute to michae ljackson(R.I.P)

  • Oh so basically this rehabilitation is teaching them about dancing..

  • You cannot be miserable if you are singing and dancing. I cannot see someone being violent and having music in their heart and in their feet. What a wonderful idea to try to still the violence here. What a way to rehab. Rehab with goodness, not violence, and those who do get out might just get out with goodness in their soul and not bitterness. Joy and happiness are contagious. You just need someone willing to start the chain.

  • I wish I could free them

  • Everybody is a sinner so we should treat them as human as well.A criminal can change and never come back again in hell.

  • music is what keeps the world bonded to peace look at bob marley gunned down and performed the next day...there is more than one to create some kind of peace! But again i maybe a filam but damn proud to be a filipino in this beautiful place mabuhay and salamat for coming up with a program that has been successful for more than a year now and still continuing to prevent violence in prison ^^

  • seems like its working, no violence in over a year? thats pretty damn good.

  • Ahh, alright. I asked the question to myself " i wonder who teaches them" ive jsut seen.... some gay lookin ass with powder in his hair??????

  • um, okay.

xurumambo, would you like to talk about your family issues with the group? No? Then please, don't be rude and just enjoy the show.

  • yes. and i luv that even someone so fucked in tha head kin do it. LMMFAO! i give you a thumbs way tha fuck up.

  • Amazing!! so entertaining. I'm Filipino-Canadian but I've never thought that there's such thing like this. Good stuff, I think every prison in the world should do the same thing - In my opinion, its a good way of teaching this prisoners to be obedient, to be patient and team work.. Keep it up you guy's. It's not to late for you all.....

  • i think this is a good rehabilitation program... i'll love to do this in m country prisions... make better live for inmates.. no more gangs... best quality of life... i really congrat this guys and this program

  • they're still men...but they dance... delikado ang mga inosente ani...magpakasa na lang para mapriso.... then pasayawon.... then mo sikat...aching

  • Wow! Every US prison should adopt this tactic. Music is the cosmic dance .... PLAY ON!

  • totally agree with you on that!

  • Don't miss the newest dance!

    watch?v=kDTCKS4qXM8

  • they're still men...but they dance

  • IMO it's black propaganda against Byron Garcia. If he wanted to prove that prisoners are suffering from this then why not show REAL videos as evidences of the inmates not pictures of the inmates smiling.

I am a Filipino and there are people here who are bent on destroying people above them. Crab mentality is a one of the worse traits Filipinos have, I for one am also guilty of this sometimes.

Another, byrongarcia1 disabled the comments for the vid. To avoid criticism from his fellow Filipinos?

  • What a great Idea !

  • seeing this, im not quite sure why they committed these crimes anyways?

  • crimes are committed everywhere. NOt only in philippines, usa, uk, japan. korea, africa, russia etc etc etc.. Its a global issue.

  • This is better than High School Musical.

"Most of them are rapists, almost." Ha That doesn't sound quite right.

The English translators didn't do well with what they did when they translated interviewee's answers.

  • I've red bad comments about them being prisoners, are supposed to be punished not playing around. But if the warden keeps them busy dancing 5+hrs a day they are kept busy, tired. To tired to start trouble.

  • promise bibisita talaga ako jan paguwi ko...

  • I found a new costume for holloween

  • wow...all prisons should be like this!!

  • Wow genius work. Yeah i heard the song MARENG JUANA here in youtube done by phillipinoes too? I heard they are in jail also for the song. Too bad.

  • bakit??? chocolate hills ung background!!! Cebu po ka me di ka me taga dyan.......waaaah

  • KUMARENG JUANA is is composed by filipino artist "qazwsx12369", and "cloakofvision" u stil their? u dont know they all of them hav CHUCK TAYLOR'S SHOES? wwatch the other videos of CPDRC... ull see it they wore chuck taylors shoes... uniformly!!!

  • all of them have chuck taylor shoes? oh...wow! would love to see it...am just worried of them dancing under the heat of the sun....they are humans...

  • They are also rapists and murderers. Where was their humanity when they were doing their crimes? I never understood the "Bleeding Heart" concept for these shit stains of society.

  • maybe because you re stupid ?

no i'm sure you can get it. Try. oh this thing in your head is your brain, use it and you will understand. A personn can change, think to that.

  • to become successful is not different from being a criminal, it does'nt rise from nothing, we owe something from parentage and patronage..from hidden advantages/disadvantages, extraordinary opportunities and cultural legacies...we become what we are because of the factors sorrounding us not because that is exactly what we want, circumstances are the biggest factor in the change of our life and sometimes given these circumstances we find the need to survive..

  • nice...love what you said.. : )

  • @acean26

    Thank you for these words!

  • but it is good if they have shoes...hahaha

  • i can see everybody is enjoying dancing...yep...music helps us move and forget our problems...

  • Guys who made the song KUMARENG JUANA here in youtube?? Are those these Pinoy Inmates too??

  • GO!!! PHILIPPINES!!!

  • that is the best thing in the world. give them self-worth and it eliminates most problems. way to go!!!!!!!!!!! keep it up!!!!!

  • hahaha this is the real torture lol.

  • lmao da ppl in prison ballin wif dere dances

  • warden:hoy dong, sayaw mo

  • I think this is probably one of the best things I've seen... they should do this in EVERY prison!

  • they are not like prisoners...

  • good idea and i agree about gangs activities. Besides, perting inita kaayo sa sulod oi grabe!!! keep it up mr. garcia and tnx for upload.

  • i commend mr. byron garcia of what he did to these prisoners..good idea, keep it up!!!it's an entertainment and they get a good exercise too, good job...

  • thank you Mr. Garcia for letting those prisoners feel human ones again and its nice to see them getting along as a group not a gang. Sana'y matulungan ninyo ang ibang kulungan sa Pinas na tularan kayong lahat riyan.Ipagpatuloy po ninyo ang inyong paglilingkod sa ating mga kababayan at maraming salamat po.

  • you have a good heart mr b garcia!!!igorot from macau

  • i reckon aye :)

  • It really helps against gangs!
