Put one turret on the roof of the burger town so it's pointed at the gas station door. It will do work.

Put the other turret in the corner of the gas station parking lot by the vacuums to clean up the rest.

Lie on your belly in the back of the gas station by the emergency exit with a claymore in front of you. You will only have to kill a few guys yourself and you may have to get up for a couple of nades.

no one ever does this...put the sentry on top of the burger town it never gets killed, put the sentry on the top of Nates on the corner and then place the final one in the diner door. Overlapping fields of fire and just hold out.

And btw the preditor sucks it misses horribly, even on veteran. the only time you need to worry is when it says the drone is aiming AT you.

My friend and I hide in the gas station, break the glass, and I snipe them with the thermal optics until I run out of bullets. When the APC (or whatever it's called) comes on wave 4 he uses the RPG to take it out.

run to the back of the gas station and keep heading north behind the resteraunt, and let that be your little alamo. No one can come behind you through the out of bounds area, all you have is the troops arriving via gas station in front of you, and the back door of the resteraunt...set up your Turrets by the dumpster and you chill in the crevaces of the side of the building which will help you to stay completely out of harms way from the rear and also from choppers, and UAV'S.....HAPPING HUNTING!

that may work but instead the best place to actually be in withing the second dinner WITH the back entrance exit (you may never know when you need to run out encase of nade spamm) the best place to put the sentry (all 3 [4 if you can make it to the top of the food joint and back to the dinner] of the guns; two behind the first fence making your way behind the first building, and the the third facing the gas pumps.

With a sniper scope attached, it is an M21. M21 is just an M14 with a sniper scope, so when a thermal scope is on it, it's still called an M14 (I'm pretty sure).

what i like to do is at the beggining of the mission I put the automatic turret in the building to your left behind the counter making it to where it cant get shot and at the same time it kills alot of people making it go faster. So I then pretty much do what this guy does and I go into the gas station well near the end of the 2nd round i leave one person alive and I run all the way to the other restaurant and get the other automatic turret and I run all the way

Quick dirty tricks to handle HS spec op veteran lvl: Place sentry guns on rooftops!! They'd have a clear view of enemy soldiers below and then pour cross-fire onto them mercilessly from the top.

I picked the 1st sentry at the station, rushed to and set it up on the rooftop of BurgTown. I stayed on top till only 5 or so enemies left in the 1st wave,and then jumped off and rushed to Nate, set up 2nd sentry on top and then ran back to the gas station store. Sentries wiped out 90% of enemies 4 me.

Note that you'd like to set sentries up there b4 2nd wave starts. If you choose to set them up later, you'd have to deal w/ drones in open ground. Once the sentries are in position, just run back to the gas station store and listen to sentry's shooting, "Pi-Pu-Bing-Pa", pure mass murder. :-) Gun down the few surviving enemies managing to get close to the gas station. The remaining dumbass BTRs and Helis are easy to handle. The trick is for those like me who wanna score 3 stars w/ rookie skills.

i beat it on vet easy i found a spot for the turrets that they get so diracted they get all mowed down and vehicles are the only thing you have to kill... take the turrets all the way tothe at the end of the stage and place them in the bushes they get mowed down and they wont kill them

the way i did this on veteran solo was to turn 90 degrees left at the start (so you are looking at the diner) and run down the back alley, if you run to far it will say you are leaving the mission

just camp up there and let them come to you, the predator drones or helicopters cant get you and only venture out to take down the copters when everyone is dead

before the 3rd wave run back to the weapons stock and there will be a sentry gun waiting, for a little extra fire power
