There is only one underfunded Tibet university in Tibet since Chinese occupation of Tibet in 1959. How are you going to improve the livelihood of Tibetans without education? China's claim of improving Tibet is baseless. Tibetan kids have to risk their lives to fee into exile and to go to school and college.
