They do put in back recordings on most just in case someone is out of breathe, but it's not necessarily lip-syncing since they tend not to sing when they are taking in breathes which is when it's supposed to be the "back-up" record singing that part. Everyone who is making a big deal at you for having your list needs to realize it's your own opinion, plus from experience of what you've learned/heard from this artists.

This is definitely lip synced.

It sounds exactly like the recorded version, if not a pre-recorded live version to get that "live" feeling.

The singing and her mouthing seem extremely unnatural.

Besides, even the greatest of artists can't sing it nearly as close to their recorded version, so why would Hilary Duff be able to?
