I asked a dealer what the on-road price of this particular Golf was, and he didn't know, 'cause it was his "first day"; it doesn't matter if it's his first day or his 50th year; his job is to know how to sell the car and get the customer to buy it, and when he can't get me interested because of his lack of knowledge, then that's not good!
