@xESPLEYx You probably have Strict NAT Type. Its a problem with your router not being able to communicate with your console with online Gaming.

Step 1: If you downloaded the 0.3x sa-mp you have a big problem when you go into the sa-mp will not appear on the server, PROBLEM: SAMP 0.3x :(

First Remove GTA San Andreas From Program Files...

Then U Remove GTA Sa:MP From program Files...

Then u download GTA San andreas and SA:MP again there u go and it works

if you have vista then run the program as administartor or reinstall your gta or turn off any cheats or you have the wrong (exe) maybe you must load another gta.exe
