If to take it from the looks Audi's are very sexy but the new m3, m5, 5-series and so just keep up with them and even surpass so by my opinion audi are no way better looking than bmw . even it's hard to tell the minor difference between these two

audis now look all the same. i cant tell the difference anymore between an S4 or A4 or S5 or RS5. they are all nice looking but not really exceptional looking like they did from the B6 and B7 era

@MorrenKim My friend RS5 is not to compete with that one but more bmw's m6 I would say. If audi had a brand new audi rs4 but not 4 doors it would eat your bmw alive.

it can be faster than the e92 m3, it has more torque and more Hp.

But you need to compare with the 2011 m3, that's in the same class.

Maybe audi could be faster in a straigt line to 60, but on a track bmw will beat the rs5

RS5 is better looking in my opinion, but its pricier than an M3.

Its pretty much like the issue with Audi, they provide something (RS) with performance on par with other car makers but around 2-3 years late and at a price premium of at least 10%. Manipulate this sort of ploy to encourage sales of non-RS models. Audi is such a dirty businessman.

Audi could not have done a worse job for an RS5, the S versions of the competition are all above 550hp and much lighter, and the old RS4 is better than this, problem with Audi is they reserve the good stuff for Lambos, this is a common problem now among many manufacturers, like BMW that give you a half effort when they could put the big engines in the "baby" models of the range.

something about this new generation doesnt do it for me. An RS should stand out significantly from the rest of the lineup and this one just doesnt. Its a great car but in terms of the look it def. doesnt progress forward in relation to the last generation rs4

What's wrong with keeping it N/A? Besides the higher revving potential, we also won't have to hear the cries from BMW fanboys of it being "not fair" in case it may win due to triple or quadruple turbos. It's the same great engine used in the RS4 with a slight HP increase and it's Audi's only the high-performance RS model to use a N/A engine besides the older B7 RS4.

Every FSI engine (be it Audi, Mazda or BMW) has carbon buildup 'problem'. However, pros clearly outweight cons, so even if Audi put V8 TT in there, it would also be an FSI engine.
