  • This guy is awsome on the grill, by far the best...

  • Merry Christmas BBQ Pit Boys!! I'll be BBQing my Christmas turkey in your honor and of course it always comes GUUUUUUOOOOD!!! Happy New Year, I'll be posting pics of my cooked bird on the website..

  • Thanks to the BBQ Pitboys my grilling is up a notch from burgers and chicken pieces to grilled dinners with whole roasts, whole birds, grilled potatoes. It's GUD!

  • These guys kick ass. Always simple. Always good

  • Adding coals is such a pain in the balls. All webers should have a slide out shelf underneath the grill for the coals so you can add more easily instead of fooling around with it.

  • @Necroticpus - check out the hinged grates for Weber, order through Amazon. About $24. Right at the grate handles are hinges that open up for pouring in more hot coals. Also helps to have one of those charcoal chimney starters with the big handle so you can pour the hot coals in. Adds a whole new dimension for grilling so you can be cooking much larger pieces of meat and not worry about removing the whole grill to add coals. :3)

  • if i was a turkey id want them to bbq me

  • Im so baked right now! YumUUUyyyy~

  • lol its funny how he says good :p

  • 4 ppl. are on diet! :)

  • I am going to have to try this on my Weber for sure ! Looks real tasty ;o)

  • I've done this two years in a row every Christmas eve dinner and my second year was the best, I actually didn't turn the turkey over mid way and it still came out great. Thanks BBQ pit boys. Happy New Year.

  • I am making this today for some xmas BBQ ,

    Great vids thx

  • You said the neighbors were about to jump the fence??? Shit, I'm ready to hop on plane to get some of that bird!!! You guys are awesome!!!

  • Love ur vids

  • I love that damn machete/knife.

  • chuck norris turkey dinner

  • i love red meat but I'm a real sucker for turkey :D great video boys.

  • what a wonderfull of life

  • the food is amazing, Im a bit scared about the knife, just me lol

& how much would a grill like that cost?

  • Man, I love you guys, but when you spun that pan around at 10:20 to keep the heating even and then rolled the turkey to put the breast side up the same side was now facing the heat again. I dont care, You guys are still the greatest !!!!!!

  • lol if i was not in the uk i would come for dinner, brilliant ,makes the brits look like they are boiling there socks when they bbq ,best wishes Brian

  • bbq pit boys great presentation, gonna try your method. MAN. that looks really good!!

  • this is diet-friendly ?y? :)

  • I could eat that whole turkey in one sitting. Looks so damn good.

  • TURKEY turkiye xd

  • Don't have to wait for Thanksgiving or a holiday to cook a (frozen) turkey. Who wants to lite the oven in the house anyway? No brainer, just call the butcher and pick up a "fresh bird", while in transit make a special stop for the wild gravy mix, then lite the bbq, Gobble, Gobble...

  • No question about it - that is a killer recipe

Hay Hank - That is an OLd Hickory - good carbon steel - it'll take a good edge...why not take it to the stone once in a while - look like ur cutting that vulture with an axe!

  • All I can say that these boys are really good in what they do. I've tired their recipes in past and remained undisputed in family cook outs. I been crowned by friends and family as a pit master. I turely take them as my GURU.

  • i think im going to try this just minus the stuffing

  • "the neighbors are just about ready to climb the fence" I love this guy

  • this is eye candy ... im freakin hungry

  • The term "Giblet" can aslo be used to gain the attention, or express your intent to others,

Example= "Hey get over here you little Giblet!"

& Your going to pay for that you filthy Giblet!"

  • giblet is a pokemon

    :D

  • great video

  • Awesome video! Keep up the good work. :)

  • "whatever, it works" lol i like this guy

  • you guys are my hero's

  • "Giblets," which can be pronounced either as "JIBB-letz" or "GIBB-letz," is a culinary term used to refer to the internal organs of poultry carcasses — namely, the heart, liver, and gizzard. The origin of the word comes from gibier, which is the Old French word for "game."

  • Aslong as watching these legends work magic with the BBQ, I also enjoy the "Man, you smell that....it smell GOOD" and the "Gonna have to apologise but Ima eat some right in front of ya....MMMHMMMMM"...Thumbs up!!

  • What's giblets?

  • guts, basicly, good guts

  • Oh man...

  • I cook my turkey that way. The gravy with the wild turkey in it.. OH MAN!!! That was some good turkey!!! Thanks guys!!

  • And now me and my family and friends will be over for dinner tomarrow night. save our seats.

  • I think we should do, sir, but the turkey's adana kebap adana kebap is not easy to do

  • looks like another great dish.....may I make a suggestion on the corn? cream your corn with cream cheese......it's amazing! Keep on bringing the videos

  • No Butter!...Gotta add tons of Butter!...lol

  • MEN ,YOU SMELL THAT ,IT SMELL GOOD

  • its classic, ive watched almost all of them and that saying dosnt get old.

  • Holy turkey batman...it turned out...GREEEEEAAAAT!

My kitchen still smells like wild turkey (i used burbon) gravy..and the smell is out of this world. Truth to tell...it was the most moist turkey i ever ate. Stuffing..unbelievable. I took mine off the charcoal grill about 165 yo 170 F internal temperature.

    Thanks a lot BBQ Boys.

  • I'm going to try this Sunday on Mothers day.

  • MAN! I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE! :'(

YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP! CAUSE IF I CAN'T EVER TASTE YALL COOKING, THEN IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR YALL TO BROADCAST TO THE PUBLIC LIKE THIS! ITS JUST CRUEL!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GUYS MAKE IT LOOK SO GOD DANG GOOD!! *Cries*

  • please start a restaurant chain :(

  • we can see it now, Natachi123 -fire-red neon arches and a drive-thru! lol -BBQ Pit Boys

  • This is meant for ALL of your cooking videos; TWO THUMBS UP! Thanks for all the fun. You prove that BBQ is not only for burgers.

  • Question if I may? I understand the whole concept of all your videos, but how do you decide on how much coal? is it by the seat of your pants everytime or is there a basic formula? also I smoked a turkey with pecan wood..amazing taste! thanks for your Q,cant get enuf

  • These guys rock!! They sure know how to BB-Q but don't know how to carve worth shit, he just massacures everything with that dull knife of his.

  • you got a problem with Old Hickory, coady28? You ever carve with a carbon steel, or you just one of them fancy knife salesmen? lol, boy -BBQ Pit Boys

  • LOL yea i sell the ginsu 2000.. No offense to these guys at all, far as im concerned they should have there own show and have a chain of restaurants. I guess im so use to people complaning about presentation cause im a chef and a fancy restaurant. Id much rather be cooking this kinda food

  • just joking with ya coady. let the truth be told -Old Hickory isn't always as sharp as he should be. sometimes we get too laid back around here for sure! -BBQ Pit Boys

  • Everytime I show my wife one of your videos she smacks me on the head and says, "you need to make that one." This one along with the Pork Tenderloin, she gave me a double smack. I'm getting good at the Q! Thanks!

  • @coady28

For sure he needs some improvement on carving skills.

  • "Whatever ... it works."

  • What a beautiful bird ! I use dental floss to tie up my birds.... non-minty. I never seem to remember to buy kitchen string. Yummo Bob !!! Thanks for another great video ! Waves across the prairies

  • Man...I'll tell ya'......I wanted to jump right through the screen to get at the finished product..... That plate at the end made me cry, it looked so good.... Thank you ...Thank you....Thank you....!!!!

  • this guy is a fucking beast man, this is like fat ppl porn holy shit. keep making new videos man

  • couple more things.....loved the tangerine being thrown in...that really kicked it up. Also....I think if I whipped out a half pint of wild turkey.....the dinner would quickly deteriorate into chaos. Thanks again.

  • I have learned a lot about grilling from your videos....but I never thought about opening packages with knife....lol....thanks.

  • Beautiful turkey.

    Looks so delicious.

I live in a small town, so mor or less, everyone has came over and tasted your cooking. And they all love your "cooking" ( yea, I am honest, I dont take credit for it, I give it to the master, which is YOU.) This one will be put on the grill this week.. and IF I do it right, I get the credit. If wrong...HA

  • I have never seen a more tender turkey before.

    Awesome!!!

  • Glad to see you back BBQ web. Why the tangerine slices on the coals? Does it add extra flavor? Also, I loved the flaming turkey broth segment!

  • THE BEST DAMN SMOKED TURKEY i EVER SEEN! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT TURKEY CAN BE DONE ON A KETTLE GRILL! THANKS FOR GIVING US THE TIME TO SHOW US HOW! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO THE PITBOYS & YOUR FAMILIES! THX, jlac2xmglock

  • This is one of the best videos yet. I was actually hoping you guys would do a turkey sooner or later. And man, that's got to be the best lookin turkey i've ever seen.. just fallin right off the old bones!! nice added touch with the mesquite, bet that tasted so good. keep up the excellent work!

  • can I have a leg please?

  • One of my favorite pitboys recipe, up there with the rib eye video

  • At around 13:00 you sprayed some chicken broth into the coals with your baster and made a lot of flames. Does this do anything to change the way the turkey is cooked or tastes? Like the tangerine and the wood? Or was it just to make some impressive flames?

  • It was actually at 12:40 if anyone decides to click on my time to see what I'm talking about.

  • showbiz, darkherokaze, just showbiz! -BBQ Pit Boys

  • yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • damn this shit looks so yummy.....keep it on please

  • Looks good as always. I just bought one of those smokers that have 4 baskets in the corners for charcoal. It's supposed to give out even heat. The only down fall is that you can't save the drippings since they drip onto the ash pan. Going to try it out this thursday and while I am at it I am going to throw on some spare ribs in my water smoker as well. You guys are the best. Happy Thanksgiving BBQ Pit Boys.

  • do u guys have a restaurant somewhere??!

    CUZ U'RE RECIPES ROCK!

  • well if they havent they really should start one ^^

  • can't cook your self?

  • i can! but the real taste comes frm the originator of the recipe. people cook food at home but they also eat the same thing outside.

there's nuthin wrong if they have a restaurant.

  • this'll be gr8 fer christmas!

  • let me tell u sumthing to put it on its fount not the back itll be more tender

  • Looks great, I can't wait to try this.

  • why is there a need to rest your meat?

  • I think it's because the juices get drawn out because of the heat and resting it lets the moisture settle back into the meat so you dont have dried up turkey breast

  • let the juices soak in

  • Man, I owe you! I really didn't think you could do it, but damn if you didn't fix one fine lookin turkey on that grill, lol. Thanks for the lesson. Just six more days, then I'll fix my own. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
