I LOVE to strength train, my hopes are to build the muscles around my spine to help with my pain. I too love to run, not up to every day, but 3 x week seems to be working for me now.

Very inspiring to me. I have not had the same result, YET, with increased energy. dealing with hip and back issues now that I didn't have a year ago, and low iron I cannot seem to remedy. But you inspire me to know that I can feel ALIVE, as you do! Still working towards that day!
