tekken5and are better because they don't have an easy 123 combo on 1 button also the juggles and wall beating are way better truth is vf5 is considered easy to me and anyone who plays and enjoys fighting games and lookin for a challenge knows tekkens juggles are more diffu=icult and come in varities bythe 100's for each character

You are ignorant as shit. The timing in VF is very percise... in tekken the hardest thing to consistantly time is EWGF... which is 9 frames. Most high level combos in virtua fighter require 1 frame percision.

Don't get me wrong tekken is a great game... but the technicality of virtua fighter outclasses teken by miles.

@Shodokan123 EWGF is 14f (though there is a i13 version), has a 3 frame window for execution, and is +5 on block. Not sure where you got the 9 from...

I disagree tekken 6 fail in that category they try to hard to step into VF territory 1st the customizations now the juggle system and there system is horrible there is no defense to even escape juggles in 6 and tekken 5 is great but it still dosent even go toe to toe with VF4(1st version)

I love Tekken too, but VF5 is clearly the superior game and series, is no contest really and any advanced/elite fighting fan knows it. Intermediate skilled gamers would definetly prefer Soul Calibur, DOA, etc over VF cuz they are easier to play but for the truly hardcore VF is where is at. PERIOD.

VF has a poor amount of chars for a fighting game, T6 has 40.

as a whole marvel vs capcom is only unbalanced because there are combos that never end if your a pro so in a way yes it's not a good game

and more fighters doesnt make a game better actually it usually ends up being the opposite with more characters becomes less originality some of tekkens characters have cut and paste versions of the already exsisting ones with a few changed moves ex: king to armor king

and im sorry tekken combos are ugly

ALL the fighters have grown to become unique since Tekken Tag, Armor king is completely different to King apart from 1 throw (king has over 100 moves), Byran and Bruce are also completely different, even Nina and Anna.

But first the game needs personality and flow and VF don't have that, in this video look how the opponents flop around like a fucking dildo.

In VF the creator's reuse old animations, the creators of Tekken build from the ground up.

And the stages, jesus, i don't notice the BMG's and there all square, Tekken has amazing tune's and a great variety of stages.

U Mug!Stages matter look at T6, you fool, the stages on T6:BR are amazing.And I don't give a funk about reviews I'd rather play a game myself and judge it.

I could go on 4ever and not get bored about how much VF sucks balls because i used to play VF4(Vanessa) and murder guys alot until i realized how abysmal the game is.

I gotta take Shoureppa's side on this. not cuz i like tekken better. well there are good reasons. IMO VF has poor quality of everything. Chars, stages,music,voices(that announcer voice =.=' ) and whats up with people look like they have anti gravity on wen theyre being juggled. Namco did everything right with T5DR. Everthing just flows together so well. VF just cant compare. You have to admit to this fact.

Yeah, maybe u're right, it may lack a bit of impact in the air (eventhough in real, it's impossible to kick ur openent in the air as if it was soccer ball like in Tekken (actually air combos are impossible to begin with...)), but on the other hand, I find Tekken a bit too slow...
