I think the problem is Europe imported uneducated Muslims as cheap labor. It wasn't an organized immigration based on educational status and linguistic skills like that of Canada. The increased in numbers have exhausted the system. I think European countries need strict measures of citizenship, anyone who doesn't meet those standards should have his/her status reduced from citizen to immigrant and eventually kicked out.
