You unlock stage fatalities only when you perform them firsthand. Then they will show up on your moves list. Very different from just going to the krypt and paying money to unlock the first two. You can look up a few sites and they will give you the button combinations there. Make sure to look into babalities as well. You get a trophy for performing a babality with all characters.

You only find out a handful of Stage Fatalities in the Challenge Tower and they're not in the Krypt either. Scorpion's is Forward, Up, Up, X for xbox or Square for PS3. Make sure you're close to your opponent and that you hold block whilst inputting the directions to stop yourself from jumping. Release block before pressing X or Square. I have everybody's Stage Fatality command so just hit me up if you need to know any more.
