So I guess that means Bettman influences other teams to let him score goals. This goal here? It was all Bettman. He told the goalie ahead of time that he needed to let Crosby score. His obvious talent had nothing to do with it.
You'd be surprised to know that the power the commish has is actually not that much.

umm, having Crosby in 10th place doesnt get him more publicity. ESPN NEVER talks about hockey, they only talk about the best teams. Why would they talk about Crosby if he is in 10th place? if anything it takes away from Crosby's publicity.

sorry i have upset another crosby lover. No i do not go to high light videos of crosby. i thought this was his goal where he fell while on a brake away, kicked the goalie's pads out of the way and the puck slid in behind him. The goal was not questioned even though it was clearly goalie interference. Just another example of bettman and the refs handing games (and the cup) to him. Give it up, all you crosby lovers are blind and need to come back to reality and realize who is good and who isnt.

glad you did not watch the finals and just listened to them on the radio. they probably didnt mention how malkin was supposed to be suspended, how the pens had 6 men on the ice for 20 some seconds, or see a pen cross check hosa into a corner. no because the nbc announcers are so biased because bettman had them be. But even though they are biased, in the last two games, the announcers started to complain on how bad the refs were and not calling anything on the pens

Crosby plays WAY better than ovechkin, but ovechkin is a better hitter, ovechkin hogs the puck, but usually makes the highlights, crosby actually passes or stays in front of the net and scores.
