when i did this it all worked until the reboot and on every jailbreak thing like redsn0w 0.7.2 and pwnagetool i am stuck on reboot and it doesnt continue

If u mean PC, then yes. There is a program called redsn0w for Windows. Go on Willdta's channel and watch the "Easiest iPod Touch 2G jailbreak" for a tutorial.
