Yes you can use gluesticks on your face. I did for my halloween looks and had no breakouts etc. If it is safe for kids it is safe for the face... :)

If it's non-toxic...yes, but if you have sensitive skin that reacts often to things, I would advise against it. You should just go ahead and use lash glue or something that is made for cosmetic use.
