I've got to agree with the Easy Roc comment. I don't think any other B-boy comes close to Easy Roc when it comes to Foundation. Try and find the footage of him at the 18th Rock Steady Anniversary in '95, it's just perfection. Ken Swift put it on the end of his first solo video tape back in the day.
