@SDFUCARLY i was never actually taught how i was just trying and trying for month then one day i just got it and now i have it all of the time ....... if u really get a good push off and really use ur leg muscles you will get it !
did it hurt your quads because i tried to do it(ineeda learn for a dance im in) and it hurts my quads so much ithik i pulled them so it hurts for me to even try right now i gotta wait tl they heal to practice it more.i also have bruises on my knees and toe knuckels.does that happen to you???
Can you make a video to show us how to do it.(I'm a competitive dancer i go in the front at one part and have to do a toe roll up).Thnks
