MLB 10 the show is definitely worth buying imo. I love 2K's football and NBA games (ESPN 2K5 NFL was the best I've ever played/play imo) but the baseball they do really doesn't catch my fancy. Not saying they couldn't do better of course. MLB 10 the show is a Juggernaut of a game and 2K does give a respectable competition to it. they just haven't hit their stride yet.

When throwing the ball from the outfield to a certain base, is there anything you have to do when throwing to make it more accurate? Some throws I make to home plate, the throw will be off, thus having no chance to tag the runner at home.

Loved mlb 08, but thought mlb 09 wasn't as good. MLB 10 is by far the best looking and most realistic sports game to date....great game!! The only thing that I don't like is the Home Run Derby, which this is the first year they added it. The derby is fun but when the batter hits a ball, sometimes the camera will follow the ball and sometimes the camera will just be focused on the outfield so you can't see where the ball is hit. If you watch the derby on TV, the camera always follow the ball

360 can stick with 2k MLB games. It seems that the only defense 360 fans have is a lower price tag and better online. Ps3 has free online, free browser, blu Ray...ect. 360 uses HD discs. HD is hardly ever produced anymore.

I own this game. It could be the greatest baseball game ever EXCEPT that it is absolutely filled with bugs. It crashes 1 out of 2 times I play it at least. It crashes in the middle of games, it crashes in the menu, it crashes in single player, it crashes in online play, it crashes everywhere. It will take them months to fix all the bugs. If you want to buy this game, you should wait until they have patched most of the problems. Right now it is a total rip-off. Huge disappointment
