  • UK and no one mentioned The Doctor?

  • @Ironmaidenrocker1. Yes. I typed that at like 3 in the morning. TOTALLY meant Drew Carey. Thanks for fixin that

  • i was captured by the Borg and placed inside their cube

At first they mistook me for some other dude

it was fun for a while i was filled with exasperation

but then they took me down to their painful assimilation

  • Neither one of these shows is better than the other. It's funnier if you know what they are referencing, and how familiar you are with the actors. That's why I like the US version better. I assume it's the same for those who like the UK version...

  • I wouldn't have mind a host trade. Never liked Wayne Brady.........

  • @dbrizz17 uhh...you mean drew carey?

  • @jbrady2007 then why post that comment?"

  • he cant compare to drew carey

and richard cant compare to Laura Hall

  • @jbrady2007 Add two more to that :D

  • My own space hoedown:

I think space, is really really cool

I know a lot about it, I am not a fool

From space you can even see China

I visited Uranus now I want to visit your vagina.

  • i was gonna watch 1 and im still watching these 2 hours later...

  • DANCE BREAK!

  • Oh George Wendt!

  • I'm a Canadian. We live next to the US and are able to provide fairly accurate assessments of them. We also have strong ties to Great Britain and the Commonwealth... even have the monarchs on our money.

I believe I am fully qualified to weigh in on this debate, and hopefully it will be the end of all of the bickering...

    *ahem*

This show is awesome. End of discussion. =)

  • LOL. i love ryan's last line.

and i am mostly american, but i'm british too.

honestly i didn't understand the british humor when i first started watching the UK version of whose line, but when i did, oh my God. i loved it.

british humor's just different than american humor, you just have to adjust to it

  • Could everybody please just SHUT THE HELL UP! Can't you people just try to enjoy the videos people put on WITHOUT fighting! It isn't that hard.

And before you start bitchin to me, im from holland and not from Great Brittain or America.

btw: Thanks for putting the videos up! really like them.

  • let me tell you something my girlfriend, i was a slob

but now look who talking astronaut is my job

flyin round the universe that is my duty

i even made a pit stop on mars and got some martian booty

  • @TheCman73 oh yeah, that's original. wayne brady did that exact hoedown.

  • the fat guy is ficking stupid!!

  • IS THT WATTHEBUCK

  • @tobi123man No. Greg Proops He's usually the guest on the normal US version. The fat guy is i could care less. The other two are ALWAYS on whose line. Its Colin, Ryan, Wayne, and a guest in the normal version. Its also funnier, because drew carey is on it. I say we bring back Drew Wayne and the crew and

    Whose Line Airs again!!!

  • Why are people always dissing the British Whose Line? I admit I like the American line-up better, but that's probably only because I'm more familiar with it. But I love the British's sense of humor and Clive makes me laugh more than Drew. Plus the UK version doesn't have to put up with all the freakin' censors. It's different, but if you don't like it, don't watch it. Just my opinion. :)

  • @BlackQueenDragon7 You sir are the hero of the comments!

  • 3 of the 4 guys are from America. Dont steal our funny men!

  • @ilovemusicals51 Actually, Colin was born in Scotland and grew up in Canada and Ryan was born in Canada.

  • @kileXemoXboy Ryan was born in the US and raised in Canada. or something like that...

  • @allydr90 Was he? Damn, I could have sworn I'd read otherwise. Oh well =]

  • @ilovemusicals51 2 of them, Colin is canadian but was raised in USA

  • !We got a problem Houston, I dont have the right stuff

Im gonna go to space now to look for stuff ..they make fuff out of"

    ..DANCE BREAK!! haha

  • this is okay but i gotta say tht american whose line was waaay better

  • @brianloves69 Three of the four people up there are from the American whose line...might want to actually look before commenting blindly.

  • Comment removed

  • f you

  • Once again, Colin makes Ryan crack up.

  • dance break hahaha

  • @hevblade I'll give George Wendt this. When he knew he didn't have something, he took it in another direction and made a great save.

  • its just not the same without drew

  • This was the original version of WL. Drew's show was the remake.

  • no i know that esp with george wendt there, loved his show too. but im saying drews was better

  • It's true.

  • Aw who cares...UK or US it's still a great show though the US censors are alot more strict.--party poopers. While I like all the guys, I am a Greg Proops freak!

  • Really wish we'd got all these American-known guest stars like George Wendt on the American edition. I don't really get why we wouldn't.....

  • yeah man so weird its like removed only drew carry

  • @Terrafissa We got Stephen Colbert on one memorable episode...long before Colbert himself was a household name, mind, but we still got Stephen Colbert!

  • NORM!!!!!!!

  • Fav hoedown for some reason lmao (L)

  • you should see the Hoedown of wrong name thats my fav. check it out see if u like it

  • wasn't that Irish Drinking Song? (and yeah, it was hilarious! :D

  • oh yea you are right sorry bout that it was irish drinking song

seems i just had a brain fart :3

  • Dance Break! lol

  • ryan stiles is different class 2 anyone on whose line

  • what about collin??

  • colin was very good in this one but overall i think ryan is very very good. extremely witty.

  • It's what makes him unique and the best:)

  • judging by your channel , am i right in saying you have a soft spot for ryan stiles.lol. i agree he is very funny on whos line.

  • A soft spot? more a big obsession :D and yeh he's funny outta whose line tho.. like the drew carey show he plays Lewis and it's really funny :)

  • yeah, he hates hoedowns so much though.

  • great hoedown, but the uk version is not good. ryan and colin and greg don't seem too happy . in the american version they thought is was lots of fun but now they see it like a job.

  • How do you mean, 'now they see it like a job'? The UK version came first...

  • he was probably confused/misinformed

  • Oh here we are in space, doing a hoedown,

If we didn't do this every time I'd wear a real big frown,

Unless I found a hot space chick who didn't mind a ride,

I'd F**k her in Zero gravity, oh boy we nearly flied!

  • Lol that was funny

    "Dance break!" :D

  • Love this hoedown man.

I think the only reason I really like the US version more is because I prefer Drew. (although the UK can get away with saying practically anything on tv) :)

  • no they cant when i went to the uk and i was lstening to the radio if they swear on the radio they can get fired, but in america they dont care and as a fellow american u can get away with things on tv and radio very lightly

  • I meant on tv. Although the channel probably had something to do with it, the US version aired on abc the "family channel" lol...and yes we know Colin is Canadian.

  • I'm British but to be fair:

Whose line would of never of happened if Brits weren't around and we thank America for Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie :) so each is good for their own things

Look at the good aspects rather than the bad :D

Back on topic - love this hoedown, great verses from everyone :D

  • collin mochrie is canadian

  • Canada is in the state America so is the USA where US whose line was filmed so techniqually Colin Mochrie is American.

  • I think you are referring to the CONTINENT of North America. not the state of America.

  • Dance break! :D

  • ah colin is so great

  • as an American, I apoligize for any idiotic comments thrown at the UK. thank you for whose line, and thank you for the office.

  • Another American, appreciatively seconding this comment.

  • @theNitefly Aren't you forgetting something? ;)

  • @theNitefly as an American, thank you!

  • DANCE BREAK! lmao...I love Colin's little "dance" at :56! i <3 whose line.

  • NORM!

  • id know everyone and were not pompus so piss of spunky

  • just think you americans if DAN PATTERSON AND MARK LEVSON didn't make up whose line there wudt be a U.S or a UK one and u probly wont know these whose line people. we both have different humours oh yh by the way we dnt talk like pompus plp (just saying)

  • On a lighter note...

  • NORM! huzzah!

  • DANCE BREAK

  • dance break! lmaoo, everyone in the studio never seemed to find it as hilarious as i did. lol i thought he was great

  • Just because us Brits don't have a heart attack over a fat man dancing after he fluffs his line, unlike our American friends. However our sense of humours are extremely different...

  • 'TUT TUT, CHEERIO'

No offence mate but you are a fucking stereotyping idiot. Clearly you're never met a brit as we don't speak like that. I never heard anyone trying to deny that a lot of the great comedians on Whose Line? are american so why don't you just stop trying to get a rise out of people on YouTube and get a life, you pathetic little moron.

  • "We?"

Don't lump me in with you, I'm just a random person who uploads videos to YouTube! Just because I'm an American doesn't mean I have to hate the British! The Revolutionary War was, what, 230 years ago? I think we should be OVER the whole "taxation without representation" thing now. Yeah, it was bad, but everyone involved with that is dead now, you know...unless you happen to be 260 years old...in which case I know of a museum that would LOVE to have you there.

  • Quote Tyler133yAdmin

"we are more then 70 percent of the dominant population, so that means we don't have to listen to you"

Well, doesn't that just sum you up? Typical Yank Moron.

  • Sorry mate, but you a twat. Most american comedians are a complete bag of shit & if it was'nt for an englishman inventing the internet there would'nt be a youtube!!!Now kindly fuck off & eat some cheese & doughnuts & drink some of your shit beer.

  • well done on the regurgitated insults you ignorant American, maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success.

Americans are actually about 4.5% of the population of the planet, and those most universally stereotyped and hated people on the planet, you go as far as being this stereotype

  • Save your breath, he's just a typical youtube user. You cant change his mind. I respect British people a lot, and so should most Americans, because Brits formed the USA.

  • That really depends how you look at it. It was a British ruled colony until it revolted so you could look at it that Britain only held it back until the breaking point. But for arguments sake I will agree with you lol

  • @lauraisaposeur yeah i know!it's pip pip cheerio right? :D

  • Waiting on a satelite, floating in space

You can see I need to go by the look on my face.

But I can't scream to Housten, cause there's no sound.

So instead I pull my zipper and let my piss float around.

On the spot :) What do you think?

  • lol thats good.

  • I want George Wendt.. He is so hot hot hot

  • DANCE BREAK lol, love it!

  • NOOOOOOORM!

  • I thought of what he could have said and i'm quite pleased with myself coz it only took me a minute (not as fast as them tho!)

"I got a problem Houston, I don't have the right stuff. Space explorers are supposed to be quite buff. But it's not so bad, I won't get too annoyed, Coz I've just taken the world's srongest steroid!"

What do u think? Bit crap? lol

  • That's kind of cruel to make an inexperienced guest sing a hoedown. :P

Luckily, Whoopi Goldberg and Robin Williams didn't have to, although Robin did a duet with Wayne and performed pretty well.

  • But it was still funny. DANCE BREAK!!!

  • I dont understand how they can make rhymes so fast and so funny. Especially the first guy, he has like 5 sec to think about it!!!

  • Indeed, they have to think quick. The cast often displayed dislike toward the game (especially Ryan), and Wayne Brady once said that it was one of the most difficult games. It's not like they never mess up; just watch the outtakes.

  • i guess its prue talant!

  • It seems a lot of the inexperienced guests in the UK series had singing parts. If I could remember their names I could think of some that've had the bartender role, or have had to sing about an audience member, or both!

  • Several UK contestants who appeared in only a few or one episodes had to sing first or second in a hoedown. A couple of them actually did okay.

In the US version, Robin William sang in duet with Wayne during his guest appearance and did fine.

  • Ryan was right in the thick of his back problem in this scene. He could hardly walk

  • When did he have that?

  • in the 8th series of the UK shows was when it got bad, and it went up through at least the 4th series of the US

  • norm!

  • Hahahaha! Good ending by Colin and Ryan.
