What is the cause of fire? When the fire was turned down? How many tanks were affected or involved?

The cause of fire was pump-shorting, and the fire still burning till now.
Their are special team coming from Canada, USA and the hadn't make any-thing.
really it's a big problem.

It's not a big problem at all, we have loads of oil so no matter what happens we still have loads left!!!
