ok heres the different between them. the real title is spell like this ກ້ຽວສາວແຄມງືມ and look at the new one ກຽ້ວສາວແຕມງື່ມ see the differents lol. the new one is when the communist took over Laos and the old one is when the king is still the ruler of Laos.
