Awesome work Steve...as much as we bassheads love our low freqs, mids and highs make all the difference...nothing compared to yours but I just put in 6.5" Diamond Audio Hex comps up front with the woofer in the door and tweet up in the a-pillar, 6.5" Pioneer REV kevlar in back off a JL 300/4 and the mids and highs SCREAM I can only imagine what your setup sounds like...wow! Good job!

Is it bad to continue to use your subs through the cold winter months? I've had alot of people tell me not too but ive also had alot of people say its fine.

It doesnt really bother them for real...just be sure to be gentle for the first 5 min or so to let ';em get warmed up/loosen up a little before you get crankin...youll be fine.

Worst thing winter's ever done to one of my subs was fuck up the foam surround on my old-skool boston acoustics

Temperature greatly affects the tuning frequency of your enclosure. If the enclosure is the right size for the speaker it should be fine since the air is more dense in the colder weather... just means it might sound a bit flat and less bass. When it's hot here (like over 40°C) my system is more than twice as loud. In the cold it's pretty quiet and I have to jack up my amp a bit to get certain notes to play loud enough to get that familiar shake.
