OMG, this is so cool. Thanks for this vid, we never realised something like this existed. We feel like going out and getting one now. Must start saving!!!!!
Thanks for doing the video and particularly showing some of the practical aspects of living in an R10 Solo. I like the general use of the limited space but I would do it slightly differently. Pleased to see the insulated body instead of bare tin radiating the cold in winter. A double-glazed window would have been better although it's so small that it probably doesn't make too much difference. It's clearly a lot smaller than my Kangoo Roo but definitely an interesting concept, although ££.
@rossrabbits Yes, they are not the cheapest to buy but excellent resale values as you probably know. How would you have modified the living arrangments in your design? I wonder if use can be made of the drivers seat space. I was wondering if the back can fold flat and a little pop up shelving or hanging space appear. Not normallhy worth it, but with such limited space, it may for a useful addition. Freeborn group are very creative - it's something they may add to a later model.
@MakeYourOwnMotorhome I am definitely interested in this and although an R10 is way out of budget it's set me thinking again about a DIY adaptation and I'm going to look at one as soon as I can. Having seen what works best in the Roo it might be possible to work something out for a Nemo and the fuel economy is certainly very attractive.
is this based on the citerone nemo
the vw caddy
the citerone berlingo
or the citeron berlingo first

@camperkid300 It's based on the Citron Nemo I think.

I would much rather have your van. You've done a great job and inspired me to potentially do it too someday.

@N1XVAN Yep, not much privacy, but it is only for one. I guess if you had a companion they could take a quick walk round the block ;-)
