Except for the side-mounted three-chime on the throttle dome, Walt Disney World RR #4 very much resembles the 3'-0" gauge 4-4-0 Baldwin Standards sold to numerous U. S. mountain railroads in the 1870's and 1880's (e.g., Carson & Colorado #1 through #7, all since scrapped).
That is by far the best whistle on the WDWRR. And for many reasons, it's no wonder she is the crew's all time favorite, she has a very classic look to her of that of America's first Transcontinental locomotives, and most of which were 4-4-0s.
@applesweeter Yes, Walt Disney World does use Real steam locomotives. Disneyland California, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland Tokyo also use real steam trains.

so, this is a real steam train. In Disneyland Hong Kong, the train is an eletric engine.
