  • @Kenoburned Let me put it to you this way, a multibillion dollar space shuttle launch turned into a debris field. Why did it happen? Because the technitians and designers weren't converting to their units of measure. grams were being left as slugs, and meters being left as feet or yards (can't entirely remember) .

    Technicalities matter whether the importance be miniscule or far more gravid.

    The article wouldn't be hard to find if you'd like to read it, few space shuttles ever crash.
