The Bokko dance was made by office workers in order to entertain their boss in karaoke. (I think. Maybe thats why they all wear suits to dance) Hope this helped ^ v ^

Yes this vid is just awesome and like you said it looks extreme form of club dancing but Bokko in general is kind of funny dance with the korean word Bokko literally meaning of old-fashioned/corny style. And what usually makes it funnier is a kind of rule that you shoudn't laugh yourself and should be so serious while you do Bokko lol
